    • What are your business hours?

      Monday-Thursday: 7:00AM-4:00PM

      Friday: 7:00AM-2:00PM

      (Closed public holidays)

    • Why should I choose Wonson Frames and Trusses for my next project?

      With our highly trained team of technical and production specialists, we deliver a superior product backed by over 31 years of combined experience in the building industry. We are committed to working closely with you throughout your project, maintaining clear and consistent communication at every stage.


      Our goal is to ensure that the products we supply are manufactured to the highest possible standards, delivered in the most cost-effective manner, and completed within your required time frame.

    • What information do I need to provide to obtain a quote?

      For a quote to be provided you will require a set of plans from your architect or draftsman including the floor plan, elevations, cross sectional diagrams and any other relevant information or specifications that will be required to generate & complete a quote for you or your client. (Please note DA approved plans are highly recommended as variations to plans can result if your council requires changes to be made to your design)

    • What areas can you supply frames and trusses to?

      Our fleet of trucks and highly experienced drivers from our logistics department allows for products to be delivered anywhere within The Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands & Sydney regions. Be sure to contact us if you are not certain if we deliver to your area. Special arrangements can be made. 


      Our partnership with our timber suppliers also allow for certain products to be delivered direct from the manufacturer to your site.

    • Do you supply and install the frames and trusses?

      No we only manufacture and deliver to site, however depending on the area we can look into referring you to a quality local tradesmen who can install them for you. 

    • What are your payment methods and process?

      We accept Bank Transfer, EFTPOS, Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) & Cash . 


      Generally a third of the total quote deposit when you have accepted our quote, followed by another third prior to delivery of your first product with the balance prior to the delivery of your final products. This will usually consist of your trusses.

    • Do you sell products other than frames and trusses?

      Yes.


      Engineered timber products


      LVL beams, I-joists, engineered chord timber and structural timber products.


      Bracing and tie-down products


      Wall frame ties, bracing units, roof tie-downs, cyclone ties and structural connectors.


      Flooring and sheet products


      Cassette floor systems, fibre cement sheeting, flooring sheets and related installation products.


      Fixings and accessories


      Joist hangers, brackets, anchors, screws, nails, straps, sealants and glue.
